Built for ADCOLOR’s 20th anniversary, the platform celebrated two decades of rising up & reaching back while pointing communities toward what comes next: reclaiming control, choosing new paths & lifting one another forward.

Across conference & awards touchpoints, including merch, social, digital & IRL, CTRL + ALT + LIFT became a future-facing rallying cry for an industry ready to reset, reach back & rise together.
