  • ALL FOR 1 began as a self-motivated proactive pitch to Nike: a belief that the people moving their communities forward deserve to be seen as athletes, too.

    And because Nike has always been about those who move culture, we expanded that definition in the spirit of promoting its Air Force 1 sneaker by highlighting young Black girls using tech, imagination & sisterhood to build what comes next.

    The idea positioned the non-profit, Black Girls CODE as everyday athletes of innovation: girls whose interest in STEM, drive & determination are shaping a future where they are not simply included in tech, but leading it.
